Application procedure
For Case management: Any woman can sign up for case management by speaking with a desk worker in the Day Center, or by contacting our Case Management Program Manager Tracy Malbrough at (213) 680-0600.

For Housing: To explore your housing options, please come to the Day Center (located at 442 S. San Pedro St., Los Angeles) to sign up to meet with a case manager; some transitional and permanent housing programs require a referral from a case manager. In the meantime, do your best to obtain the necessary documents that housing facilities require such as your birth certificate and/or state issued ID, social security card, proof of income and a current TB test. We can also help you with those.

For Job assistance: DWC provides job training programs for participants, led by volunteers and staff. To participate, visit our Day Center and join us at our Employment & Education Orientation on Tuesdays at 9:30am.

For Health services:
On-site clinic appointments are available on TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS from 8:30am – 5pm. Sign up for clinic appointments or find out about other health services by signing up for Day Center case management services or by seeing a member of the health team on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9-11am in the Day Center. Depending on your health insurance coverage or your specific medical needs, you may be required to wait for an appointment at the DWC clinic or you may be referred to another health clinic.
PLEASE NOTE that TB tests are only performed on Tuesdays, and results are provided only on Fridays.
