Sunrise Community Counseling Center (SCCC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has provided mental health, substance abuse treatment and psychosocial services for adults, family, youth and the homeless since 1976. This includes providing services for those who are mentally ill with dual diagnosis and counseling for perpetrators and victims of domestic violence and sexual offenses.  The Center caters to people who speak Spanish.
